Years ago, our company made a choice to walk the rewarding road of developing and living an end-to-end commitment to sustainability. It’s a commitment that remains solid throughout each part of our manufacturing process, starting with the ethical sourcing of our materials and supply chain, continuing with our people and in-house processes, and coming full circle with our fair trade partnerships.

Where and How We Source Our Recycled Silver
All of our silver jewellery collections are handcrafted using recycled scrap silver responsibly sourced from a variety of settings and items. Our most common scrap silver sources are old computers, phones, retired jewellery pieces, and raw materials from general scrap production. The precious metal silver from these sources is recycled into new pure silver bullion at ethically audited precious metal refineries.
Our silver bullion refineries are audited by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) and the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) to ensure that the refinery process meets both organizations’ code of ethical practices in manufacturing - and that the silver sources used are certified recycled.
To help reduce waste and promote our positive environmental impact, we also strive to purchase only the bare minimum amount of recycled silver to fulfill each of our orders. We lean into using sustainable technology as well as new efficient design processes to continue revolutionizing our sustainability in production.

Our commitment to ethical processes and complete transparency doesn’t end with the manufacturing and creation of our upcycled silver and gold jewellery pieces. We live our commitment throughout our hallways - with our hiring and human resource practices within our local communities.
Our employees are our family, they’re our greatest assets, and they always come first. Inclusivity, diversity, and equality in our hiring practices are strongholds by which we make every hiring decision. Mirroring the gender fluidity of our products, we’ve even eliminated the gender identification box on all of our job applications and placement documents. Age, race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation are never factors in our hiring process. We hire the right people for the job, period.
We provide safe and comfortable working conditions and a rewarding working environment for our people. We're also audited several times a year by internationally recognized auditors to ensure we’re compliant with Thai and international labor laws.
